Diversity and Inclusion Initiatives
Diversity and Inclusion Employee Resource Group
In an effort to advance diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace, Ignite Visibility has created an employee resource group (ERG) to build community and ensure that employees experience a greater sense of belonging. Our ERG is led by a team of volunteers who work to promote opportunities for professional growth and development, provide an opportunity for informal networking, and support Ignite Visibility’s vision and core values. Through this group, employees of all levels are able to participate directly in Ignite’s diversity and inclusion initiatives, and assist in fully integrating D&I into all business practices.
Women at Ignite
To continuously support the many strong women in our workplace, we developed Women at Ignite, a group focused on highlighting and empowering women through a set of virtual meetings and networking opportunities. The group is intended to help the women of Ignite build camaraderie and skills, while providing a place of support, mentorship, and development both professionally and personally.
